Satan estava indignado com o movimento no inferno. Ninguém chegava e ninguém saía. A solução foi subir pra descobrir o que tava rolando. No topo das escadas do inferno encontrou uma cidade chamada Hellcife e viu a razão de tanta merda: a Morte, corrupta, estava aceitando subornos, e muita gente que já deveria ter descido ainda estava por aqui. Ou seja, Hellcife estava do caralho! O caos e a violência eram piores que lá em baixo e isso fazia Satan gozar litros! Mergulhou em milhares de orgias e viajou em overdoses de hora em hora! Mas sentiu falta de uma coisa: não rolava nenhum psychobilly... Então aqui está o Satan, no inferno sobre a Terra, transmitindo o PSYCHOBILLY do mundo para o Brasil e do Brasil para o mundo!
